Over the last few years, RecBooks365 has been steadily building—from a hands-on fractional controller practice into a broader finance consulting partner—always anchored in helping owners, leadership teams, and CFOs make better decisions.

Our Year in Review

From Edward - Internal Updates

  • We’ve onboarded three new team members.

  • We are expanding our expertise beyond the controller seat through RecBooks365 Management Consulting Solutions LP (visit r365.services.)

  • Website relaunch for our Controller Services side.

  • We have started laying the foundation for our SE Asia presence.

  • We are actively experimenting with data visualisation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence inside our own finance and reporting environments so that, over time, we can bring clients more bespoke solutions at the intersection of corporate finance, analytics, and operational data.

    • To support this work, we’ve partnered with a Singapore-based data scientist trained at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), who now collaborates with our firm on applying advanced analytics and AI concepts to real corporate finance questions—things like forecasting, margin analysis, and working capital optimisation.

  • We celebrated the graduation of one of our key interns: Mr. Jonathan Steiger from Clemson University. He’s received his BS in Financial Management. He has been an asset to the team—taking full ownership running the accounting function of our smaller $5m client.

Alongside these internal milestones, we’ve been deeply engaged in helping our clients grow.

We started working with a client in the healthcare space in 2024. The year 2025 has been another great year for her! We have supported her business achievement of 53% year-over-year revenue growth as the business edges towards eight-figure annual revenue.
